SoundTribeAsia is a marketplace connecting buyers with independent vendors. Each order is fulfilled and shipped by the vendor.
1) Prices exclude shipping
- All product prices shown on SoundTribeAsia exclude shipping and handling.
- Shipping charges are quoted separately by the vendor after you place an order or make an enquiry.
2) How shipping is arranged
- Within Singapore and internationally, shipping terms, methods, and costs are negotiated directly between buyer and vendor via the SoundTribeAsia message system.
- Shipment is dispatched only after the buyer confirms the quote and pays any agreed shipping fees.
3) Responsibility & risk (important)
- SoundTribeAsia is not the carrier and does not handle pickup, packing, or delivery.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundTribeAsia is not responsible or liable for any shipping-related incident, including delay, loss, damage, theft, customs issues, or mis-delivery.
- Risk of loss or damage passes according to the buyer–vendor agreement and the carrier’s terms. We strongly recommend fully insured shipping and signature on delivery.
4) Packaging & dispatch
Vendors are expected to pack safely (double-boxing for heavy gear, original packaging where available, tubes/accessories secured separately).
- Vendors should provide tracking within a reasonable time after dispatch.
5) Inspection & claims
Buyers should inspect upon delivery and keep all packaging.
- If there is shipping damage or shortage, notify the vendor and the carrier immediately and provide photos/video. Any claims are filed with the carrier by the vendor/buyer per their agreement and the carrier’s policy.
6) Customs, duties & local regulations (international orders)
- All import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Voltage/plug compatibility must be confirmed before shipment.
7) Address changes, failed delivery & returns in transit
- Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and may incur fees.
- Undeliverable or refused shipments may be returned at the buyer’s expense (including re-delivery/storage fees), unless otherwise agreed with the vendor.
Any return shipping due to shipping damage is handled per the buyer–vendor agreement and carrier rules.
8) Local pickup (if offered)
Where offered, in-person collection is arranged directly with the vendor. Buyers should test/verify on collection; risk transfers at handover.
9) Contact
